<DIV style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif; font-size:10pt;"><FONT size="2" style=""><FONT face="Arial, sans-serif">Hi David, I did it on a piece of glass to make sure everything was flat. I actually used a flat piece of 1/4" foam board ( used for boat construction) in the middle of the layers of fiberglass. I layed down 4 layers of fiberglass at one time and saturated that with resin , so that had to cure for about 3 hours until I could do another step. Sometimes if I was on it all day I could complete multiple steps but in reality I would do one step and then get on it the next day. So it took me at least a couple of weeks to complete the entire project, maybe longer.</FONT></FONT><DIV><FONT face="Arial, sans-serif" size="2"><BR></FONT></DIV><DIV><FONT face="Arial, sans-serif" size="2">BTW my vibrating cutting tool was indispensable !!</FONT></DIV><DIV><FONT face="Arial, sans-serif" size="2"> <BR></FONT><DIV><FONT face="Arial, sans-serif" size="2"><BR></FONT></DIV><DIV><FONT face="Arial, sans-serif" size="2">Brian</FONT></DIV><DIV><FONT face="Arial, sans-serif" size="2"><BR></FONT></DIV><DIV><FONT face="Arial, sans-serif" size="2"><BR></FONT><BR><SPAN style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">--- personal_submersibles@psubs.org wrote:</SPAN><BR><BR><SPAN style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">From: David Colombo via Personal_Submersibles <personal_submersibles@psubs.org></SPAN><BR><SPAN style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">To: Personal Submersibles General Discussion <personal_submersibles@psubs.org></SPAN><BR><SPAN style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Subject: Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] Rudders</SPAN><BR><SPAN style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Date: Wed, 3 Apr 2019 12:41:40 -0700</SPAN><BR><BR><DIV dir="ltr" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><DIV>Hi Brian, Looks good!
