<DIV style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif; font-size:10pt;"><DIV>Alan, Hank, In the picture the MBT is completely filled with air ( around 120 cu ft.). When I add air it comes out the bottom at about midship, so yes there is quite a bit of air in there. The sphere and my 10' x 26"dia Cylinder is providing a net buoyancy of around 3000# ( have 600# of batteries) . I think it will be close. About 2000# of lead.</DIV><DIV> </DIV><DIV>Brian <BR><BR>--- personal_submersibles@psubs.org wrote:<BR><BR>From: hank pronk via Personal_Submersibles <personal_submersibles@psubs.org><BR>To: Alan via Personal_Submersibles <personal_submersibles@psubs.org><BR>Subject: Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] Esmae close up 2<BR>Date: Mon, 6 Nov 2017 21:59:31 +0000 (UTC)<BR><BR></DIV><DIV style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"><DIV></DIV>
<DIV>Alan,</DIV><DIV>You may be underestimating the air volume in the main MBT. I also predicted the sub would do a nose dive suddenly, but that was before the addition of the new light weight second MBT up front. There is enough MBT above the water line when most of the sub is submerged. I think Brian has it, pity he couldnt de a test dip.</DIV><DIV>Hank</DIV><DIV><BR></DIV><DIV><BR></DIV>
