<DIV style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif; font-size:10pt;"><DIV>Hank, There is a fair amount of shade where I am. Each individual viewport doesn't see very much sun, some don't see any. However I did just recently happen to purchase some material for covering the ports, mainly for traveling down the road. I came across this stuff made for sliding pallets around for moving cargo inside 18 wheelers. It's sort of a real durable plastic sheet, its about 1/4" thick. I was going to cut it up into circles to cover the viewports. </DIV><DIV> </DIV><DIV>Brian <BR><BR>--- personal_submersibles@psubs.org wrote:<BR><BR>From: hank pronk via Personal_Submersibles <personal_submersibles@psubs.org><BR>To: Personal Submersibles General Discussion <personal_submersibles@psubs.org><BR>Subject: Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] fluid expansion<BR>Date: Thu, 4 May 2017 21:13:11 +0000 (UTC)<BR><BR></DIV><DIV style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, Lucida Grande, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><DIV><SPAN>Brian,</SPAN></DIV><DIV><SPAN>Sun is very bad for your ports. I definitely will need a substantial reservoir bladder if I plan to park the sub in the blazing hot Ojai sun ! Have a 1" vinyl tube attached to the top of the motor pod, as I was working on the fenders I noticed the fluid level climbing and climbing , finally had to drain a bunch out. Ran the motor with the fluid no problem. </DIV><DIV> </DIV><DIV>Brian</DIV></DIV>
