<DIV style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif; font-size:10pt;"><DIV>I finally got my hatch back from the machine shop with the o ring groove put in it. I had picked up the o ring a couple months earlier ( a 19" diameter o ring. To my surprise the o ring was too big ! I figured someone simply grabbed the wrong size of the shelf . Anyway , to make a long story short, after contacting Parker I learned I was not inserting the o ring correctly and that was why I had extra o ring at the end to pushing it in. The correct way is to push in at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock and then at 3 and 9, and then keep doing that at 180 degrees until the o ring is in. I'm sure a lot of you may know this already, but for those who don't - some info on o rings !</DIV><DIV> </DIV><DIV>Brian</DIV></DIV>
