It could possibly dissolve the insulation on</div><div>the motor windings & destroy other plastics in the motor.</div><div>Probably similar to WD40. Even though people use it successfully there have been reports </div><div>of plastics becoming brittle. </div><div>I experimented with WD40, soaking all sorts of plastics in it. refilled with ATF, it pretty much filled the same<br>> niche and
