If you paid $35 annually you're annual.  If you paid $500 by check or $525 by paypal, you are lifetime.  As well, the lifers won't be getting a renewal notice obviously, but everyone else will in December.
Best thing to do if you don't know, go to PSUBS -> Membership -> My PSUBS Account and log in.  You can find your status under "My Account".  Direct link is http://www.psubs.org/members/login/
