I might actually consider purchasing two SSB-2010 units, as these can be used as a surface unit as well with the addition of a CDK-6 kit. Not quite as feature rich as a dedicated surface unit, but might be a good choice owing to the flexibility to reconfigure for diver-diver or diver-surface.
