Hank, what brand of comms are you running? I'm starting to do some looking.

Al, it does have a headphone jack if that is what you mean. I did a test at home just now and the speaker in the sub works perfect in the shop. When I am 225 feet down I can barely hear the words, but the surface crew could hear me easily and perfectly clear. Its like I can send better than receive.

Depends on what radio you have Hank. Does it have an aux out jack? If so, you could add an amplified speaker to it. Al Secor

Subject: [PSUBS-MAILIST] radio test
Hi All, today I did a dive in a local lake to 225 feet to test my radios. The radio clarity was just amazing, it was like we were sitting in a room talking. The only problem was the volume in the sub was very low, I am hoping it was just the speaker? I have a head set but did not bring it unfortunately. Any ideas?Hank_______________________________________________
