[PSUBS-MAILIST] Finishing O-ring groove

I couldn't get a file in to this internal groove & it may jam. 
About 2 & 1/2" diameter.
Will try my wire idea. I get there eventually doing it by hand
& folded sandpaper, but I'm considering doing another bunch
after this 4 & trying to find a better way.
