 Hi Ian,I am stuck on plastic for weight, but I am probably over thinking that.  It is, after all, such a tiny part.  I never thought of Amazon, I will check that out.  Thank you for the offer to print them, I had no idea that such a fine part could be printed. Hank

I'm guess that if you're picking plastic strength is too a big of a concern.  But do you have an idea of the strength requirements?  Type of plastic?What type of center do you need?Could even do this in herronbone teeth.I could potentially print you up some gears and mailing them to you.
