Not a good idea to use the macro and micro spheres that are normally used
for syntactic foam without a binder such as polyester or epoxy resin that
has been catalized. These little spheres are light and strong when
subjected to uniform exterior loading which happen if you cast them in a
container with a catalized resin. Without the resin you would get a lot of
