Sending this again as it didn't make it through...Brian,yes. I have only had it in my thruster for a couple of months.I had a rectifier built so I could run the motor continuallyin a pool off mains power. Unfortunately I only tested for an houras the rectifier was only giving me 35V instead of 48V under load.When I get the rectifier back & working properly, I will leave it running for a couple of hundred hours to verify everything is working as itshould.Alan

Hi All, I know this subject has been thoroughly discussed but what would be a good oil to put in my motor pod? Is there something about transmission fluid that would be bad? What about hydraulic fluid? or a light oil like a 0 - 20 weight? Thanks, Brian
