Hank, because it's small, & hopefully will be cast out of aluminum;I am going to have everything there, & know exactly where it'sgoing & how the parts are attached. I may need to castthicker areas to enable me to screw items in to place without compromising the integrity of the pressure hull.Cheers Alan

Alan,I have to give it to you, you are building all the bits and pieces for your sub before you jump into a hull.  Very smart!  no need to trip over a big hunk of metal in the middle of the shop.Hank

Am looking at humidity sensors, & are finding that they have problemsin a marine environment with sea spray or salt in the atmosphere.Anyone have any knowledge of this?I am not sure if this refers to direct spray that you might get in the openspaces of a boat, & whether there would be enough salt in the atmosphereof a submarine to cause problems once you had the hatch down. There are various types of humidity sensors that work on differingprincipals. Is there a type that is better suited to a marine atmosphere? Thanks, Alan
