Just got back from diving at my favourite lake and finally all went perfect.  The sub performs terrific, I will post a couple of video's, the first is short but shows the stopping power of my thrusters.  man this thing stops good compared to the single prop.I had to remove all the weight I originally added-I guess I will have to start trusting my math because it turns out I was right on.
