This was a concept I was thinking about a while back.Excuse the sketch.The idea is to have a boat with twin outboards, & a consul up front.You raise the motors & pump enough water into the side pontoons to beable to drive the sub in & out. Maybe some assistance with a winchwhen returning would be required. If the unit was designed properlywith a floor that could take the weight of the sub, then you could trailerboth simultaneously. Seems like there ought to be a way to have another submersible platform which cradles the K boat, then submerge to the bottom leaving the "carrier boat" sitting on the bottom until ur ready to go back home, then link back up with the carrier boat and surface.   The carrier boat would need to be big enough to travel on the surface and keep the conning tower well above the surface to avoid flooding.  Of course many challenges with something like that. Brian
