Alec,<br/><br/>I was discussing that very issue with another member. A boat like this one (and it's owner) would undoubtably become "known" in local Coast Guard and State Ranger circles. All I's dotted and T's crossed as appropriate, registration numbers decals, safety equipment, placards, etc.  I also have the benefit of 24 years of Federal service which has given me the experience and patience to deal with all manner of bureaucratic knuckleheads. In the end one would smile sincerely and graciously point out to Agent Smith that this is no different than a replica war bird armed with dummy warheads. That fact, and prudent operations far from sensitive areas would be best.<br/><br/>I'm glad you like it too Alec, thanks! I Like it enough to pursue it further.
