Hat's off to you, Scott.  I think George K. set the  precedent when he 
couldn't get his first boat to submerge  either.  He had to scrounge up rocks to 
add enough weight.  Hope this  is the first of many successful dives.
 
I forgot to read all the posts before I googled the link and  sent it.  
There were so many!
