With all cross sections nearly cylindrical shape, 
strong thickness, a 3d Modell and a FE calculation 
- it seems possible. 

But you need a male and a female soilds mould 
or may mill it out with a 3- or 5-axis maschine from 
a solid acrilic block. 

Both ways are really expensive. 

The frame to hold it maybe also to made in a mill out way. 

One problem with this strong thichness jetfighter style
canopy can be also disoritentation of the view on the surface. 

Such a massive block on a 5 axis machine - say 
75 USD  per hour and around 14 days/night milling. 
Just about 25.000 USd for the milling. Maybe more
Plus the block material. Plus some hundert hours of hand 
sanding and polishing in and outside. Inside polising
will be a nightmare on its own.

How much you want to spent for?

The canopy /viewport of the depicted sub is not pressure resistant
enough for a 1 ATM sub..
The shape will allow only a few meters..
